Wheelchair users

Our exhibitions are displayed in the themed rooms on the first and second floor of the building. So that you can have a better visitor experience, we recommend coming with an accompanying person. Entry to the museum is free for visitors in wheelchairs with their accompanying person.

The museum has a wheelchair lift to aid in moving between the museum floors. Due to the structural peculiarities of the building, the lift works only with narrow-framed wheelchairs. The width of the lift platform is 59.5 cm and the lift can turn at staircase turns with a wheelchair of up to 60.5 cm in width. There is a wheelchair with a narrower frame in the building and, if necessary, the museum employees can help changing wheelchairs and using the lift. The inner width of the museum wheelchair is 42 cm.
